Definition / notes:	There is no consensus about this term, describing the art of carving fruits (especially watermelons) into ornamental shapes that is common on resorts in Thailand, but is also the Japanese art of Mukimono. Out of all the terms suggested in travel blogs etc, however, I think "fruktskulptering" is the clearest and easiest to visualize.
