3.1. The Executor shall perform work under the Technical Assignment of the Customer.
3.2. The Executor may engage any third persons for the performance of work under this Contract, however, subject to terms and conditions of keeping the business secret (confidential information) as provided for in this Contract. Approval or notification of the Customer of engagement of any third persons is not required.
3.3. Upon completion of work and within the period fixed in the Technical Assignment, the Executor shall be obliged to give the Report on the performed work and the Delivery-Acceptance Act with the list of the performed work to the Customer for signing.

1.1 Исполнитель должен выполнить работу согласно техническому заданию клиента.
1.2 Исполнитель может привлечь третье лицо для выполнения работы по настоящему контракту, однако, согласно положению и условиям хранения коммерческой тайны ( щепетильной информации) как предусмотрено в данном Контракте. Утверждение или извещение Клиента о привлечении третьего лица не обязательно.
1.3 По завершению работы и в течение времени указанного в Техническом задании, Исполнитель будет обязан предоставить, отчет о проделанной работе и Акт сдачи-приемки со списком выполненных работ Клиенту для подписания.

The population in question can be as small as a handful of people or as large as all the inhabitants of several continents (for instance, in the case of a pandemic). Public health has many sub-fields, but typically includes the interdisciplinary categories of epidemiology, biostatistics and health services. Environmental health, community health, behavioral health, and occupational health, are also important areas of public health.

Translation - English Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome – is new infectious disease which is considered by specialists as the first real global epidemic ever known in humanity history.
Nether plague nor smallpox or cholera is the precedents of AIDS as it is absolutely unlike all these or other human diseases.
Plague had carried away tens thousands of human lives in areas where the epidemic were exposed but never encompassed the whole planet at once.
Besides, some people who had overcome the disease survived having acquired immunity and took pains to take care of sick people and restore hearths of survivors.
AIDS is not rare disease which may randomly affect few people. Nowadays leading specialists define AIDS as “global crisis of health”, as first real worldwide and unprecedented epidemic of infectious disease which so far after first decade of time is not being controlled by medicine and each infected man dies.
