In a medium-sized bowl, stir milk and cognac. Prepare chocolate pudding as per box instructions. Peel off lady finger biscuits from one package and moisten in milk mixture. Place in a 8x12-inch /20x30 cm. Pyrtex dish. Spread 1/2 of chocolate pudding over biscuits. Sprinkle with 1/2 of toasted almonds. In the same way, lay out second package of lady fingers, then top with remaining pudding. Sprinkle with remaining almonds on top and place in refrigerator. Before serving, top with whipped cream or cool whip and add chocolate shavings.		Translation - Greek
Σε μέτριο μπολ ανακατέψτε το γάλα με το κονιάκ. Ετοιμάστε την πουτίγκα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του πακέτου. Βουτήξτε ελαφρά στο μίγμα γάλακτος-κονιάκ τα μισά σαβουαγιάρ και στρώστε τα σε πυρέξ διαστάσεων 20χ30 εκ. Ρίξτε τη μισή πουτίγκα επάνω στα μπισκότα και πασπαλίστε τη με τα μισά αμύγδαλα. Επαναλάβετε τη διαδικασία, στρώνοντας τα υπόλοιπα σαβουαγιάρ (βουτηγμένα στο μίγμα γάλακτος-κονιάκ) και την υπόλοιπη πουτίγκα και πασπαλίζοντας με τα υπόλοιπα αμύγδαλα. Βάλτε το γλυκό στο ψυγείο. Πριν σερβίρετε, γαρνίρετε με κρέμα σαντιγί και ξύσμα σοκολάτας.

I usually work in the following fields of specialty:

Cooking, software, telecommunications, contracts, medical machinery and less often banking.

The first five fields are my favorite. One of my best works as regards cooking is a bilingual cookbook (Greek - English) that has been distributed only in the U.S., for which I have worked on word processing, edition, translation and final supervision.

As regards software, telecommunications, contracts and medical machinery, I have been working under contract for quite few years with major companies of relevant subject.

My hobbies are cooking, reading psychology books, handicraft, travelling.
