Chinese to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature Fiction novel

I am translating a novel that is very stream-of consciousness. I can't guess at what 呆傻痴苶 means in relation to breasts. Dictionaries are not helpful as this seems to be slang or a regional phrase. Some context is provided below.

The main character is a male medical student from Bejing. He thinks 小红, a friend, is really hot.

那之后，我去了很多地方。我固执地认为，北京最好的蓝天是世界上最蓝的，又高又蓝，那种高那种蓝独一无二，比后来到过的云南、西藏、古巴的天还要蓝，比绿松石、天湖石、蓝宝石还要蓝。我同样固执地认为，小红的奶是最好的，比它挺拔一些的比它短小矮钝太多，比它肥大一些的比它呆傻痴苶太多。
