Quality Management

Upon confirmation of any translation project, the following translation process is applied:

1. Evaluation of the project.
2. Identification of the field with the aim of assigning it to the most suitable translator(s).
3. Use of TMs/glossaries.
4. Exhaustive research in order to get information on the subject.
5. File translation.
6. Upon completion, a previously selected proofreader checks the translation for grammar, syntax and spelling mistakes.
7. An editor reviews the file once more and makes sure that the correct terminology is used.
8. The translation is sent to the client.
