Source text - English NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT effective as of the (the “Effective Date”).

WHEREAS:
A. each Party has developed, owns, possesses or has custody of information which it deems proprietary; and
B. the Parties wish to exchange portions of such proprietary information on a confidential basis for their mutual benefit and pursuant to a working relationship which has been or may be established;
NOW THEREFORE the Parties agree as follows:
1. As used herein, “Confidential Information” means any communication or data in any form, including, but not limited to, oral, written, graphic or electromagnetic forms which a Party desires to protect as confidential hereunder and against unrestricted disclosure, unauthorized use or competitive use, and which is designated as “CONFIDENTIAL” in the manner provided by this Agreement by a Party (the “Discloser” with the Party receiving such information being the “Recipient”).
2. Anything disclosed to a Recipient by a Discloser hereunder that is to be protected as Confidential Information shall:
(a) if in writing or other tangible form, be conspicuously labelled as “CONFIDENTIAL” at the time of delivery; and
(b) if oral, be identified prior to disclosure as proprietary or confidential, and after disclosure shall be summarized and reduced to writing or other tangible form no later than fifteen (15) calendar days thereafter and delivered to the Recipient consistent with subparagraph (a) above.

ZWAŻYWSZY ŻE:
A. każda ze Stron stworzyła, jest właścicielem, posiada lub sprawuje pieczę nad informacjami, które uważa za zastrzeżone; oraz
B. Strony pragną wymienić się ze sobą częściami takich zastrzeżonych informacji na zasadzie poufności dla ich obopólnej korzyści i według relacji roboczych, które zostały zawiązane lub mogą zostać zawiązane;
NINIEJSZYM Strony uzgadniają, co następuje:
1. “Informacje Poufne”, tak jak używa się tego zwrotu w niniejszej umowie, oznaczają jakiekolwiek komunikowanie się lub dane w jakiejkolwiek formie, wliczając w to, między innymi, formy ustne, pisemne, graficzne lub elektromagnetyczne, które Strona pragnie chronić, jako poufne według niniejszej umowy oraz przed nieograniczonym ujawnianiem, nieupoważnionym używaniem lub używaniem w celach konkurencyjnych, i które są określone, jako “POUFNE” w sposób przewidziany w niniejszej Umowie przez jedną ze Stron (“Ujawniający”, zaś Strona otrzymująca takie informacje to “Otrzymujący”).
2. Cokolwiek ujawnionego Otrzymującemu przez Ujawniającego w ramach niniejszej umowy, co ma być chronione, jako Informacje Poufne będzie:
(a) jeśli jest w formie pisemnej lub w innej formie materialnej, będzie w sposób rzucający się w oczy oznakowane, jako “POUFNE” w momencie doręczenia; oraz
(b) jeśli jest w formie ustnej, będzie określone przed ujawnieniem, jako zastrzeżone lub poufne, i po ujawnieniu zostanie streszczone i sprowadzone do formy pisemnej lub innej formy materialnej nie później niż piętnaście (15) dni kalendarzowych po nim i doręczone Otrzymującemu zgodnie z punktem (a) powyżej.

I'm a Court Interpreter with a full accreditation from the Ministry of the Attorney General in Ontario (Polish). I specialize in law-related written translations. I also have a lot of experience in the field of medicine.
I successfully completed my studies in the faculty of law of the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin, Poland. I also received a Law Clerk Diploma after completing a program at the George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. My education background includes also part-time English studies at the University of Toronto in Canada and a medical terminology course at the Michener Institute (Canada).
Law and medicine are my specialties, but I have quite a lot of experience in translating documents from other fields. Recently, I've done some projects related to automotive industry, gas exploration, etc.
