Japanese term
デコ
Japanese to English
Marketing
Advertising / Public Relations
At first, I thought the term is referring to Deco, which is a part of the site name, but is it possible that it is referring to デジタルコンテンツ?

decorations (Deco)
As you know, this is a short version of English-styled Japanese word created by Japanese people.
Yes デコ is from decoration, but in this context it means something like
"decorative symbols" or "decorative expression helpers" used in email essages.
How you put it in English shall depend on how the client wants the English phrases to be presented to the Englis readers in the context... I think.
If it's regarded as just a name of a Japanese item, then "Deco" should be the top on the list.
HTH... Good luck!
