I want to translate the last half as "we are engaged in a wide range of activities," but I can't think of a way to translate "キーワードに" into natural English. "With 'health' as a keyword" sounds weird. "Keeping health in mind" doesn't sound right to me.

We engage in a broad mix of health care focused activiites...
I feel a more 'copywriters-inspired' approach should be used for this particular question, as this was posted under the 'Advertising / Public Relations' subject field. Correct me if I am wrong, but in this case isn't the client looking for more of a 'catch phrase' type translation, then a direct translation.
Something along the lines of:
"We engage in a broad mix of health care focused activities"

Just noticed a typo in the title... "Activiites" should obviously be "Activities"...

Comment: "I agree about the copywriter approach for advertisements. It was hard to decide between your answer and "with an emphasis on health," but your sentence was more concise.

(health)-related (activities)
The whole sentence goes "we are engaged in a wide range of health-related activities", though this might be a little too straight forward.

Lars, would it be alright for you to reverse your sentence and start with "We are engaged in a wide range of activities....?"
That way, you can be open to many more possibilities including using the word "keyword" as in:
We are engaged in a wide range of activities with "health" as the keyword.

health as "buzzword"
When "keyword" is used as "Japanglish", it usually means "buzzword" or "catch-phraze".
Yes when you use "keyword" in its straight phasevalue, sure it makes awkward English.
Before internet became so prevelent, their preferred expression was "theme", e.g. "kenkou wo theme ni".
