I have worked as an in-house Project Manager for On Time TA in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2003-06 and for LinguStars TA in Coburg, Germany in 2016-19. As such, I have arranged the whole 3-step production process (preparation of original documents, translation/revision and QA). I have tested the translators and organised translation teams (3 translators+1 proofreader+1 QA). I have conducted briefing sessions with clients, preparation and distribution of glossaries/TMs, ensuring strict adherence to them.
