Message:Hello everyone. Happy Translation Day to all!
Bio:I started to learn English when I was 11. My English and German teachers always told me that I was gifted in learning languages. I wrote poems in English when I was in High School. I studied International Trade at University. However, I hated the regular working hours a...nd beaurocracy in the offices and I decided to work as a freelancer. Day by day, I learn more about translation art and English. That what makes this profession interesting for me. I like playing with words, diving into the sea of meaning and making a reasonable amount of money while enjoying so much:)
I translated many technical manuals for both domestic and international customers. I worked as a translator and an editor in localization of the web interface of an online shop. I translated daily financial analysis articles of a forex company. And so on...
In these days, I am interested in medical subjects. I am reading a book for medical students, so I hope to specialize in medical translation after a while:)
I have two sons who hate my being a translator and working on holidays.
That is a little about me:)
I hope we can share more in virtual conference.
