It was at about... that time I met Jean Christophe-Helary, who lives together with his wife in Kagawa Prefecture running their own private translator/interpreter company, Doublet, Inc. Jean graciously took me on as an American English team member, and I've continued to make an income in freelance translation to this day thanks to him.
