Contract Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 In this contract, the following terms shall be interpreted as indicated:
1) “Contract” means the agreements signed by and between the Purchaser and the Seller described in the contract form, including all attachments, annexes and all the documents mentioned above as one part of the contract.
2) “Contract price” means the prices that the Purchaser shall pay the seller when the seller has truly and completely performed its obligation in the contract as per the provisions in the contract.
3) “Goods” means all the equipment, machinery and/or other material provided to the Purchaser under this contract.
4) “Services” means the assistance services provided by the seller involved in the supply of the goods under this contract, such as transportation, insurance and other concomitant services, for examples, the installation, commission, technical support, training and other obligations of the seller under this contract.
5) “Contract terms and conditions” means the terms and conditions for this contract.
6) “Purchaser” means the organization buying the goods and services prescribed in the List of Terms and Conditions of Contract.
7) “Seller” means the companies or other entities providing the goods and services under this contract prescribed in the List of Terms and Conditions of Contract.
8) “Project site” means the site to install and operate the goods under this contract, which names are prescribed in the List of Terms and Conditions of Contract.
9) “Day” means the calendar day.
2. Applicability
2.1 This contract terms and conditions is applicable for the ranges that are not substituted by the terms and conditions of other parts in this contract.
3. Countries of Origin
3.1 The goods and services provided under this contract shall originated from the People’s Republic of China or the countries and areas with normal trades with the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “Legible Origin Countries”).
3.2 “Countries of origin” in this clause means the source places that explore, grow or produce the goods or provide related services. Goods mean the products that are manufactured, processed or assembled with important and major parts and components, which basic features, functions and effectiveness are essentially different with that of the parts and components.
3.3 Origin countries for the goods and services shall be different with the nationalities of the bidders.
4. Standards and Criteria
4.1 Goods provided under this contract shall meet the standards prescribed in the Technical Specification. Where there is no standard mentioned or applicable, the official standards in the origin countries shall be followed. These standards shall be the latest version issued by the competent organizations.
4.2 Unless otherwise specified by the Technical Specification, the measurement units shall be the legal units in the People’s Republic of China.
5 Applied Contract and Documents
5.1 The seller shall not provide the contract or any part of the contract clauses, specification, schedule, drawings, model, sample or information provided by the Purchaser or its representative to any other organization not involving in the performance of the contract, without the written agreement from the Purchaser in advance. The person involved in the performance of the contract can only be informed as necessary, pay more attention to the confidential of the contract.
5.2 The seller shall not use any document and information listed in Clause 5.1 for the purposes beyond the performance of the contract, unless it is approved in advance by the Purchaser in writing.
5.3 Any document listed in Clause 5.1 is the property of the Purchaser, except the contract itself. The seller shall return these documents and their duplicates to the Purchaser at the termination of the contract, at the request of the Purchaser.
6. Patents
6.1 The seller shall guarantee that the Purchaser will not be sued by any third party for the patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual properties, when using the goods or any part of the goods in the People’s Republic of China.
7. Performance Security
7.1 At the receipt of the notification of award and within thirty (30) days, the seller shall provide the Purchaser the performance security with the amount specified in the List of Contract Terms and Conditions.
7.2 The performance security is used to compensate the Purchaser of the loss resulted from the failure of contract performance of the seller.
7.3 The performance security shall be in the currency of this contract or the currency acceptable to the Purchaser, and submitted in any of the following forms:
1) 1) Letter of guarantee of bank or irrevocable letter of credit, provided by the banks acceptable to the Purchaser, and registered and operating in the People’s Republic of China, or entrusted by foreign banks, in the form prescribed in the bidding document or other forms acceptable to the Purchaser; or
2) Bank check, marked check or cash.
7.4 The performance security will be returned to the seller thirty (30) days after the performance of the contract obligations of the seller, including any guarantee obligation.
8. Inspection and Test
8.1 The Purchaser or its representative reserves the right to inspect and/or test the goods, to determine whether the goods meet the requirement of the contract, and bears no additional cost thereto. The contract terms and conditions and the Technical Specification will state the inspection and tests required by the Purchaser, and how to carry out these inspection and tests. The Purchaser will notify the seller about the test and the identification of the test representatives.
8.2 The inspection and tests can be carried out at the office locations of the seller or its subcontractor, delivery place and/or destination of goods. If the inspection and tests are to be carried out at the office locations, all reasonable facilities and assistances shall be available to the test personnel, and the Purchaser will not bear any cost thereof.
8.3 Where the inspection and tests found that the goods do not meet the requirement of the technical specification, the Purchaser may reject the goods. The seller shall replace the rejected goods, or modify the rejected goods free of charge to meet the requirement of the technical specification.
8.4 The inspection, test and acceptance of the goods by the seller or its representatives before the shipment from the origin countries will not limit or exempt of the right to inspect, test or reject of the goods when necessary by the seller when the goods arrive at the destination port and/or site.
8.5 Prior to the delivery, at the request of the seller, the manufacturer shall completely examine the details about the goods such as quality, specification, performance, quantity and weight, and issue an inspection certificate proving that the goods is in conformity with the contract. The inspection certificate is one part of the document to be submitted to the negotiation bank for payment, but it is not the final examination of the quality, specification, performance, quantity or weight. The inspection result and details from the manufacturer shall be attached to the quality inspection certificate.
8.6 The seller shall apply for the inspection of goods quality, specification, quantity and weight from the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the inspection and quarantine bureau), when the goods arrive at the destination port and/or site, and the inspection and quarantine bureau will issue the inspection certificate. Where the inspection and quarantine bureau found that the specification and/or quantity are not in conformity with the contract, the Purchaser reserves the right to make claim to the seller within ninety (90) days after the goods arrived the site.
8.7 The Purchaser shall claim to the seller in time, if the quality or specification of the goods are found to be non-conform with the contract, or the goods are proved to be with defects, including the potential defects, or made by non-suitable material, within the guaranteed period specified in Clause 18 in this contract terms and conditions, based on the inspection result of the inspection and quarantine bureau.
8.8 The provisions in Clause 8 of the contract terms and conditions will not exempt the guarantee obligations or other obligations under this contract of the seller.

SECTION 15A - CLADDING SUPPORT STEELWORK (ARCHITECTURAL
REQUIREMENTS)
15A.001 General
a) To be read in conjunction with Sections 1 and 30, the Preliminaries and Contract Conditions.
b) This works section shall be Descriptive as defined in Section 1 of the Specification.
c) The Contractor shall be responsible for the Detailed Design and co-ordination of all interfaces with adjoining trades.
SCOPE, SUBMITTALS, TESTING AND PERFORMANCE Scope
15A.002
Scope of Works
This section of the Specification, when read in conjunction with the Design Drawings and the Structural
Engineer's Specification for structural steelwork, provides particular requirements with respect to the
following:
a) Architectural quality steelwork visible in the finished works as follows:
i) Cladding Support Steelwork.
ii) Steelwork to receive elements of patent or planar glazing, to be fabricated and erected to tolerances acceptable to the cladding systems.
iii) Protective coatings to exposed steelwork.
b) Protective coatings and finishes to internal non-exposed steelwork.
c) Protective coatings and finishes to external exposed steelwork.
d) Protective coatings and finishes to internal exposed steelwork.
e) **Protective coatings and finishes to steelwork in special areas**.
f)Protective coatings and finishes to galvanised steelwork.
Submittals
15A.003
Tender
a) Provide tender submittals in accordance with the requirements of Section 1 of the Specification.
b) Submit a design response with the Tender proposal, to include all profiles of typical conditions, with dimensions.
c) The Tender response to include:
i) Material samples.
ii) List of Tests included.
iii) QA/QC programme.
iv) List of proposed Shop Drawings.
v) Summary of deviations from the Specification.
vi) Outline technical specifications reflecting proposed materials/systems, etc.
vii) A list of proposed suppliers and sub-contractors intended to be used.
viii) Colour Design Issues:
Provide performance for each colour both in natural and artificial lighting (ceramic metal halide) in accordance with the Colour Report.
Samples and Quality Benchmarks
15A.004
Pre-contract Samples
Sufficient samples of the following, including relevant trade literature and technical specifications, to be provided:
300mm x 200mm sample of each type and each colour to specified substrate and state their performance data in both natural and artificial lighting (ceramic metal halide) in accordance with the Colour Report.
15A.005
Post Contract Samples
Post contract control samples of the following shall be provided:
Two samples of flat plate (approximately 500mm square) coated with each type of protective coating and architectural finish specified. Following acceptance one sample is to be kept at the works and used as a reference to establish consistency of finished work during the course of the application and will be a point of reference regarding quality of finish to be achieved. The second sample will be retained by the Employer.
15A.006
Mock-up Requirements
The Contractor shall include for all elements of his works for the integrated mock-up as described in the Integrated Mock-up and Prototype Report support steel for mock-ups described in Section 16A.
15A.007 Prototype Requirements
The Contractor shall include all elements of his works for the support steel for prototypes described in Section 16A.integrated prototype as described in the Integrated Mock-up and Prototype Report.
15A.008
Benchmark Requirements
The following quality benchmarks shall be provided in accordance with Section 1:
The first fully completed area of each part of the works comprising not less than 50m2 or 50m linear of surface finish as accepted by the Employer.
Testing
15A.009 Inspection
Permit the Employer, and/or an appointed independent inspection authority, to inspect the work at all reasonable times and at all places where it is being carried out. Provide all facilities, hand tools, lighting, etc. as necessary to ensure adequate inspection.
15A.010 Testing
Arrange for testing to be carried out as directed by the Employer. Prepare any necessary test pieces. Submit copies of all test and examination results to the Employer as soon as they are available.
15A.011 Testing Authority
An authority to be decided by the Employer shall carry out all tests.
15A.012 Products
When requested by the Employer, submit a copy of test certificates for finishes to steelwork.
15A.013 Defective Work
As soon as possible after any part of the work or any materials are known or suspected to be defective, submit proposals to the Employer for further testing, inspection or replacement and obtain instructions.
15A.014 Evidence of Performance
Testing and provision of data does not relieve the Contractor of his responsibilities regarding the performance requirements, service life and warranties given.
Performance Requirements
Comply with the general performance of Section 1 and the following specific performance requirements.
15A.015 Design Constraints
Unless required or permitted otherwise, comply with the following when completing the Detailed Design of the works:
a)Position membrane forming bracing systems or girders of lattice construction so that their lines of action intersect at a point.
b)Bolts to be grade 8.8 and not less than 16mm diameter unless otherwise shown.
c)Not less than two bolts to be used in any connection.
d)Welds to be 6mm unless otherwise shown or appropriate to the location.
15A.016 Visual Requirements
a) Visual requirements shall be based upon samples submitted and agreed.
b) For the purpose of conforming with visual requirements, the work is to be viewed with normal eyesight from a distance of 2m for colour consistency and excessive fading and 1m for cracking, pitting and other defects.
15A.017 Deleterious Materials Paint to be lead free.
15A.018 Life Expectancy
Life expectancy to first maintenance for paint finishes to be a minimum of 10-12 years. The paint manufacturer to provide a written specification at the time of tender for recoating (by others) at the end of the life expectancy period.
15A.019 Inspection
Together with the applicator, where Site coats are to be applied, alert the paint manufacturer seven days prior to the start of the application programme and permit the paint manufacturer to inspect the work in progress and prepare inspection reports in accordance with the standard conditions of Contract. The paint manufacturer to forward a copy of any inspection report direct to the Employer. Technical support from the paint manufacturer does not relieve the Contractor of his contractual responsibility to ensure that the coatings are applied in accordance with the Specification. Where the paint manufacturer does not have an inspection/quality control support system, then employ an independent testing authority to verify
compliance of the coating systems with the Specification.
15A.020
Specific Testing Requirements
a) The external aesthetic performance of the Polysiloxane material is critical to its choice and the manufacturer must be able to show over 10,000 hours QUV resistance with a gloss retention of above 50% as measured over this time period. Because of concerns on flexibility Epoxy Polysiloxanes are explicitly not approved.
b) The Corrosion protection afforded by the External systems is critical and the proposed systems must be able to show a pass to Norsok M501 criteria for System 1.
MATERIALS/PRODUCTS AND FABRICATION
Fabrication
15A.100 Welding General Requirements
a) Inform the Employer when fabrication is due to start. Do not fabricate steelwork from drawings that have not been checked by the Employer.
b) Before fabricating, ensure that surface condition of steel, which is to be coated, complies with requirements for cleaning elsewhere in this Specification.
c) Ensure that fabrication processes do not cause changes in properties of materials resulting in noncompliance with specified requirements.
15A.101 Fabrication and Despatch
Obtain authorisation to start fabrication. Such authorisation will not normally be given before all Shop Drawings have been checked and accepted. Give the Employer and Engineer 7 working days notice of intended dates of despatch to site of steelwork and accessories in such a way that inspection can take place prior to despatch.
15A.102 Proposals for Erection
At least 2 weeks before starting erection of steelwork, submit details of:
a) Method and sequence of erection.
b) Type of craneage.
c) Temporary guys and bracing proposed for use during erection.
15A.103 Site Dimensions
All dimensions are to be measured and checked on site prior to fabrication, or as necessary to progress design and production of Shop Drawings. All dimensions between new and existing structure are to be checked and setting out confirmed relative to existing structure. (Existing structure includes any structure on site, whether new or existing, which may influence the dimension of a piece of steelwork). Copies of all information are to be provided to the Employer. The cost of this work is to be borne by the Contractor.
15A.104 Marking
a) Submit details of proposed methods of identifying and recording materials and components to ensure correct use and location in the structure.
b) Marks to be placed in positions such that they will be visible for checking after erection.
15A.105 Compression Joints
Abutting surfaces dependent on contact for transmission of load to be milled, sawn or otherwise suitably prepared to ensure full and even distribution of load.
15A.106 End Connections
Ensure that angle cleats, if used, project beyond ends of simply supported members.
15A.107 Hollow Sections
Ensure that insides of sections are dry and clear of debris before sealing ends and openings.
15A.108 Base Plates
Make 25mm diameter holes in all base plates more than 1 sq m in area to allow the escape of air when grouting after erection of columns.
15A.109 Shop Assembly
Check fit, profile and camber before making connections in lattice girders and trusses that are to be assembled before delivery to site.
15A.110 Fabrication Tolerances
a) Member length 0mm or –3mm of specified length.
b) For black, precision or HSFG bolts, holes to be 2mm larger than bolt diameter.
c) For close tolerance holes drill undersize and ream to 0.5mm larger than specified bolt size.
d) Close tolerance bolts only for shop assembly.
e) Provide for special tolerances net or slotted holes to Employer’s acceptance.
15A.111 Welding on Site
Site welding is not permitted unless shown on the Design Drawings or otherwise accepted. When permitted, ensure suitable, safe working conditions. Do not weld when surfaces are wet or when the ambient temperature is below 0oC.
15A.112 Welding Procedures
Procedures to be tested, using equipment, materials, consumables and welding positions representative of those proposed for the work. Submit evidence of acceptance.
15A.113 Additional Welds
Do not, without acceptance, make any welds (including tack welds) that are not shown on the drawings, even for temporary attachment or repair of faulty plates. Bolt Assemblies
15A.114 Expanding Bolts
Where not indicated on drawings, type and manufacturer to be agreed in writing in advance with the Engineer Employer. Stud anchors are not acceptable.
15A.115 Spacing
Spacing and distance to edge of concrete to comply with fixing manufacturer's recommendations for maximum safe static load.
15A.116 Sealed Hollow Sections
Seal bolt holes to prevent access of moisture. If method of sealing is not specified, submit proposals for acceptance.
15A.117 Stud Shear Connectors
a) Studs: A proprietary type with characteristic yield strength of 350 N/mm2 and minimum ultimate tensile strength of 450 N/mm2.
b) Welders to be certified by the equipment manufacturer or other recognised authority as competent for the work.
c) Top surface of beam flange to be free from millscale, rust, grease, oil, paint, and other substances detrimental to welding. Ensure that flange is cleaned prior to laying decking.
d) Do not weld studs when the ambient temperature is below 0°C.
e) Trial welding: Before starting, demonstrate suitability of materials, equipment and welding system proposed for welding of studs. Fix not less than 10 studs for testing. During the work, at the beginning of each shift, each welder is to fix not less than two studs for testing.
f) Testing trial welds: Visually inspect; each trial weld is to exhibit full 360o ‘flash’. Subject each trial stud to a 30o bend test; welds must show no sign of cracking.
g) Production welds: To be visually free from cracks and lack of fusion and capable of developing at least the nominal ultimate strength of the studs.
15A.118 Finishing Welds
a) Remove burrs and sharp edges by grinding.
b) Carefully dress welds to remove slag by light hammering, wire brushing or other methods that do not deform the surface of the weld.
c) Remove surface laminations, shelling, cracks, crevices, inclusions and other surface flaws by chipping and/or grinding. If excessive grinding, necessitating filling or welding is required, obtain Employer’s acceptance before proceeding.
d) Uneven or oversize welds subject to Employer’s acceptance.
15A.119 Bolts Generally
a) No deterioration on storage to acceptance of Employer.
b) Heads to point in direction wherever shown on drawings.
c) Washer to be beneath rotated item.
d) Nut identification mark to be visible.
e) Tightening method to Employer’s acceptance.
f) Once used, bolt assemblies or parts thereof are not to be re-used.
g) High tensile bolts to be used only with the Structural Engineer’s specific acceptance.
h) 8.8 grade may be treated only if carried out by bolt manufacturer.
15A.120 Holding Down Bolts
Manufacturer and type reference to be accepted.
15A.121 Bolt Boxes
Manufacturer and reference: To be accepted.
Protective Coating Systems and Finishes
15A.122 Source of Materials
a) Coating materials including primers, basecoats, intermediate coats and topcoats shall be obtained from one source and the Employer to be notified of the selected manufacturer before the works commence.
b) All materials used are to be as recommended for the intended application and a warranty is to be provided from the manufacturer for the particular surface and the conditions of exposure. They are to be compatible with each other.
15A.123 Colour Design Issues
a) The design of the airport uses Colour as an integral feature to achieve the project aims. The sourcing and application of the correct colour is therefore to be given high priority in the Bidding Process, as part of Submission documents the bidders must supply matches and colour samples at the time of tender return.
b) Provide performance data for each colour both in natural and artificial lighting (ceramic metal halide) in accordance with the Colour Report.
15A.124 Prefabrication Primer
If a pre-fabricator is to be used, apply a 25 microns nominal DFT primer. If a prefabrication blast primer is not required, then written confirmation is to be obtained from the Structural Engineer Employer.
15A.126 Two Pack Zinc Rich Primer, Isocyanate Free Acrylic Polysiloxane Coating
a) Location: Internal exposed steelwork.
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 75 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: Grey.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C 340gms/litre. Volume solids: 59%.
c) Shop Intermediate:
i) Dry film thickness: 75 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: White.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C 200gms/litre. Volume solids 80%.
d) Shop topcoat:
i) Dry film thickness: 50 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: As required by the Employer. Refer to the Colour Report.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 250gms/litre. Volume solids: 72%.
e) Refer to the manufacturer’s recommended working procedures to be read in conjunction with the technical data sheet and material safety data sheet. Provided information to be strictly adhered to.
15A.127 Two Pack Epoxy Zinc Rich Protective Finish Compliant Coating
a) Location: Internal non-exposed steelwork.
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 75 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: Grey.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 340gms/litre. Volume solids: 59%.
15A.128 Two Pack Zinc Rich Primer, Epoxy Intermediate, Isocyanate Free Acrylic Polysiloxane Coating
a) Location: External exposed steelwork including semi-exposed areas.
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 75 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: Grey.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 340gms/litre. Volume solids: 59%.
c) Shop Intermediate:
i) Dry Film Thickness: 125 microns
ii) Colour: MIO
iii) Special Requirements: Maximum VOC 200gms/litre volume solids 80%.
d) Shop topcoat:
i) Dry film thickness: 50 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: Metallic as required by the Employer.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 250gms/litre. Volume solids: 72%.
15A.129 Two Pack Zinc Phosphate Compliant Coating
a) Location: Internal exposed steelwork (for industrial environment such as warehouse facility not requiring high architectural finish).
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 100 microns nominal.
ii) Colour: As required by the Employer
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 290gms/litre. Volume solids: 70%.
c) Other requirements: Touch up at Site any transit damage to meet original shop dry film thickness.
15A.130 Two Pack Zinc Rich Primer Finish Compliant Coating
a) Location: Steelwork to be built into brickwork or blockwork cavities.
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 100 microns nominal.
ii) Colour: Grey.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 340gms/litre. Volume solids: 59%.
15A.131 Hydrocarbon Epoxy Compliant Coating
a) Location: Steelwork partially or fully immersed in water or ongoing damp/wet environment.
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 500 microns nominal.
ii) Colour: As required by the Employer.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C. 130gms/litre. Volume solids: 85%.
15A.132 Two Pack Zinc Rich Primer, Two Pack Epoxy MIO, Intumescent and Acrylic Sealer Coat
a) Location: Exposed external and internal steelwork to receive intumescent paint as required.
b) Shop primer:
i) Dry film thickness: 75 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: Grey.
iii) Special requirements: Maximum V.O.C 340gms/litre. Volume solids: 59%.
c) Shop intermediate:
i) Dry film thickness: 125 microns minimum.
ii) Colour: Silver grey.
iii) Special requirements: maximum V.O.C 213gms/litre. Volume solids: 80%.
d) Site applied intumescent:
i) Refer to Section 15.1 of the Specification.
e) Acrylic sealer coat:
i) Refer to Section 15.1 of the Specification.
15A.133 Coating Materials
a) Ensure, whenever possible, that coating materials are from one manufacturing batch. Where more than one batch is to be used, keep separate, allocate to distinct parts or areas of the work, and inform the Employer accordingly.
b) Check that all coating materials to be used are recommended by their manufacturers for the particular surface and conditions of exposure, and that they are compatible with each other.
c) Ensure that coating materials are obtained from only one manufacturer unless specified otherwise. Inform the Employer of the selected manufacturer at an early date.

15A.003 投标
a) 根据设计说明第一部分的要求提交投标材料。
b) 随应标书提交一份投标建议,其中包括典型条件的立面图,并指出尺寸大小。

样品和质量基准
15A.004 合同前样品
应当提供足够数量的以下样品,并附带有相关行业文件和技术设计规范:
为每种颜色和型号的基层提供特定尺寸为300毫米 x 200毫米的样品,并说明每种色彩在自然光和人工照明(陶瓷金属卤化物)情况下的特性。
15A.019 特定测试要求
a) 聚硅氧烷材料的外观美感是材料选择的重要标准;生产商必须能够证明材料能够抵抗QUV达到10,000小时,并且这段时间内的保光性在50%以上,因为对于环氧聚硅氧烷材料的弹性性能还未能得到完全证实。
b) 外部系统的抗腐蚀能力很重要,推荐采用的系统必须能够证明已通过Norsok M501的1系统标准。

15A.100 焊接的总体要求
a) 加工工作开始时通知雇主。不可按照未经雇主审核的图纸加工钢结构。
b) 在加工前,确认将要涂层的钢表面符合设计说明其它部分中规定的清洁要求。
c) 确认加工过程不会造成材料性质的改变,导致与特定的要求不符合。
15A.110 加工误差
a) 部件的长度与指定长度之间的误差为 0毫米 或–3毫米。
b) 对于粗制螺栓、精制螺栓或或HSFG螺栓,螺孔比螺栓的直径大2毫米。
c) 对于紧公差螺孔,先钻出小于规定大小的孔,再将孔的大小扩至比规定螺栓大。
d) 紧公差螺栓只能用于车间装配。
d) 在雇主接受的情况下,可以采用特制公差网或槽邢孔。
15A.117 立筋抗剪连接件
a) 立筋:应当使用专门型号,屈服强度为350 N/mm²,最小极限拉伸强度为450 N/mm²。
b) 焊接工应当通过设备生产商或其它承认机构的书面证明,以证明其有能力胜任此项工作。
c) 梁翼缘的表面上不可出现轧制铁鳞、铁锈、油污、油脂、涂料和其它不利焊接的物质。必须保证在安装铺面前对翼缘进行清洁。
d) 在环境温度低于0°C的情况下不可进行焊接。
e) 试焊:在开始之前,应当论证建议采用的材料、设备和焊接系统的合适性。实验的立筋不少于10个。在焊接工作进行过程中,每个焊接工在换班后必须用2个立筋做试焊。
f) 焊接的测试:目测;每个试焊应该为360°光滑。将每个试焊进行30°弯曲实验,上面不可出现任何开裂的迹象。
g) 焊接加工:目测不能出现开裂和焊接不紧的现象,并且至少可以达到立筋的额定极限强度。
15A.118 焊接后饰面
a) 磨光毛刺和尖锐边角。
b) 用轻击、钢丝刷或其它不会造成焊接表面变形的方法去除熔渣,小心处理焊接处。
c) 用凿削和/或打磨的方法去除表面上的叠层、剥落、裂缝、夹杂物和其它缺陷。如果打磨过度,在要求使用的情况下采用填充或焊接方法以弥补;在此之前必须得到雇主的同意。
d) 按照雇主的意见处理不平整或过大的焊接处。
15A.119 螺栓综述
a) 按照雇主意见,储藏期间不可出现变质。
b) 图纸上标出的任何位置上,螺栓的方向为螺栓头所指的方向。
c) 垫片必须放置在转动部分下。
d) 螺母的识别标志应当清晰可辨。
e) 紧固方法应当符合雇主意见。
f) 一旦使用后,螺栓或其零件不可再次使用。
g) 只有在得到结构工程师的特别同意之后才可以使用强抗拉螺栓。
h) 只有螺栓生产商才能处理8.8级(螺栓)。

保护涂层系统和饰面
15A.122 材料来源
a) 包括底漆、底涂层、中间涂层和顶层涂层在内所有涂料应当全部购自同一个来源,在工作开始之前应当将选择的生产商通知雇主。
b) 所有的材料应当都是该用途的推荐使用材料,而生产商应当出具一份保证书,确认材料使用的特定表面和暴露的条件。这些材料之间应当互相适应。
15A.123 色彩设计
a) 机场的设计应当使用色彩作为一个整体特色以达到工程的目标。因此,在投标过程中色彩的来源和应用应当给予高度重视。作为提交材料的一部分,投标方必须在应标时提交色彩比配和色彩样品。
b)提供每种色彩在自然光和人工照明(陶瓷金属卤化物)情况下的特性。
