1. Examination of a blood sample. A small amount of blood (usually up to 10 millilitres) will be collected from your vein by a health care professional and tested for diseases in the laboratory. The examination is usually focused on the following diseases: viral hepatitis - measles - mumps - rubella - malaria - syphilis - HIV infection - so far unknown diseases - other non-infectious disease. Blood sample collection is performed using sterile, disposable instruments; the skin is disinfected at the injection site and then covered with a sterile material. In case of a sensitivity to any disinfectant please inform your attending doctor beforehand. Blood sample testing is necessary for the specification of your treatment.
2. Examination of a urine sample. Please collect a sample of your urine in the tube so that it fills at least half a tube. The urine sample will be tested in the laboratory for diseases and further treatment will be specified subsequently. The examination is usually focused on the following diseases: kidney or urinary tract disorder - diabetes - liver or biliary tract disorder - infectious diseases - other diseases.
