原文文本 - English英语 1.5 Directions for transport in the foundry
1.5.1 Transport by fork-lift truck
A fork-lift truck with adequate capacity should be used to transport the different modules into place.
The Weight and Jacket transfer device and the Mould pushout device are provided with four hooks mounted on the sides. Use these hooks to lift and transport the modules into place. Refer Figure 1.4 and Figure 1.5.
Section 1.6 - Instructions for storing your AMH
1.6 Instructions for storing your AMH
In the period between the arrival and installation of the equipment, take the following precautions to keep the system intact:
• If the AMH is stored outdoors, cover the equipment with a tarpaulin that allows for ventilation of the underside of the case.
WARNING
Do not place the AMH close to an electromagnetic melting oven.
Noise generated by such an oven may damage the electrical control of the machine.
1.6.1 Before Installation
IMPORTANT
Avoid rough handling and transportation of the equipment
1.6.2 Unpacking the equipment
When unpacking the equipment, check the AMH for transport damage. In case of damage, please notify DISA immediately.
1.7 Required Oil and Grease
1.7.1 Hydraulic oil
NOTE
Be aware that additives used in oil from different suppliers can degrade oil quality when blended. This can result in the oil losing its properties and can cause filter blockage.
When changing to a different type of oil, make sure that it is compatible with the previously used oil, if not, it is strongly recommended to drain all the old oil before filling the new oil.
CAUTION
The use of non-recommended oil can cause serious and irreversible damage to the hydraulic system, principally for parts in contact with the oil (such as bearings, valves, seals etc).
AMH HPP tank capacity : Approximately 400 litres
DISA Industries recommends mineral high-chemical-stability hydraulic oil containing additives to counteract wear, oxidation and foaming. Good corrosion inhibiting properties are also important.
