I would like to invite you to participate in the II Brazilian Meeting of Translators Specialized in the Medical Area- TRADUSA, to be held on April 01–02 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m, at Instituto Phorte Educação, in São Paulo - Brazil. This event aims at promoting the professional development of translators who work in the medical area. It will feature lectures, workshops and discussions that will cover several subjects in the medical area, from terminology to basic principles in health care, thus preparing translators and interpreters to provide a more accurate and appropriate service for those in need of such translations to make important decisions or to simply exercise their right to having access to reliable and accurate information. We believe that bringing these professionals together and promoting the exchange of knowledge among them will greatly benefit all the ones involved.
