我看到的情况一般是这样：
Visa：“Visa卡”或“Visa信用卡”，语境合适时，也可写为Visa。
Mastercard：“Mastercard卡”或“Mastercard信用卡”，语境合适时，也可写为Mastercard。
Check和Money Order都是要翻译的：
Check：支票
Money Order：汇票

是有人翻译为威士卡或万士达卡，但这种写法不普遍，一般情况下这两个词是保留英文。在取款机上一般写的也是Visa和MasterCard。
