job - In the hardware/software world, the "job" can be translated as 穨祘, depends on the context.
overnight - I went a bit further to explain it as ノ丁丁┮秈︽ since in the following context, it is already explained that these "overnight batch jobs" are not time-sensitive thus make good use of otherwise wasted CPU cycle. Since the more important jobs are mostly done at day time, and leave these repeating, tedious, and time-consuming jobs at night.
