Multiterm 2009 / Trados Workbench (2007) problem

Multierm2009で作成したTermbaseファイルを、Translator’s Workbench（Trados2007　Build893）で使用しようとして、Options>>Term Recognitionでファイルの追加を選択してOKボタンを押すと、該当のダイアログボックスウィンドウとWorkbenchそのものが消えてしまい、使用することができません。どなたか解決方法をご存知でしたら教えてください。よろしくお願いいたします。
