Xbench does not connect to Internet

Help!!

Something is blocking xbench.exe completely in a way that it cannot reach the Internet, so I don't have connectivity to the server, so I can't run Xbench!

I have been sending emails with customer support but they can't find out what is blocking it.

Has anyone have this problem?

Also, I can't find the old free version any more. Has it disappeared from the Internet?
