WinOnCD has special options for regualr backups of your importnat files (USes multisession mode) To save space on CD it burns again only new files which have been changed since last update.
It can also Delete files form CD and many more options are available. Including UDF packet writing.
We have used EasyCD Creator, Nero and have chosen WinOnCD as the best.
Or use Adaptec DIrect CD for Packet UDF formatting as other posters sugegst.
