That sounds like a great machine if you want a touchscreen.
Ordering from the US if of course the best option if you want/can live with a US keyboard. I need a Hungarian keyboard, which would make things tricky. I would be happy to switch the keyboard myself, but it may void the warranty and the manufacturer may not sell international keyboards separately... so I'm stuck with whatever they sell here at whatever inflated prices they dream up.

Not really sure whether the touch screen will turn out to be useful. It certainly looks fun. I'll have to wait and see.
I didn't think about the keyboard. That is of course a problem if you are used to a different layout.

It's a dealbreaker when you have accented letters and you need the extra key near the left shift... I don't care much about key labelling but the physical key layout of US (ANSI) keyboards is different from European (ISO) keyboards.
