: UGS Corp.除非(該公司)有既定譯名, 否則不用翻; Company 應指的是本文件的另一主體, 翻"本公司"很恰當。

: 通常法律文件开头会有关于 Company 的定义。// 若是合同，则落款将是两个公司，此时“本”字应去掉。故应视整个文件内容而定。用带引号的“公司”两字应该不会错(英文则使用capital letter)。

: 本公司? 本公司 = the Company (no 'the' here). It looks like UBS Corp. and UBS Company, two separate entities, but I cannot find confirmation of this on the Web...
