I was born in Malaysia and had my education in Singapore since young. I am bilingual and fluent in both Chinese and English, I was fully trained in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese and after graduating from a polytechnic college in Singapore in the Mechanical Engineering discipline, I worked in the Robotic and Automation Industry in Singapore before furthering my studies at the University of Surrey in England, where I received my MSc in AMMT (Advanced Manufacturing Management Technology).

Chinese Cantonese and Chinese Hakka are among the dialects available in my service.

我出生于马来西亚，自小在新加坡接受教育。我是一位双语人士，能够流利地使用中文和英文，并且我接受了简体和繁体中文的全面培训。在新加坡的一所理工学院完成机械工程专业学业后，我曾在新加坡的机器人和自动化行业工作。之后，我前往英国萨里大学继续深造，获得了AMMT（先进制造管理技术）硕士学位。
