是文件的保密等级,哪位知道它实际是不是”绝对限制(级)“的缩写?对应的英文是什么?译作”strict restricted"对不对?

谢谢!

说明:
The classification levels of documents may differ with different countries. However, I believe "绝限" should mean the highest classification level or the absolute level (top secret), under which no information shall be disclosed.

Classification levels
Although the classification systems vary from country to country, most have levels corresponding to the following United States definitions (from the highest level to lowest):

Top Secret (TS)
The highest level of classification of material. Such material would cause "exceptionally grave damage" to national security if publicly available.

Secret
Such material would cause "serious damage" to national security if publicly available.

Confidential
Such material would cause "damage" or be "prejudicial" to national security if publicly available.

Restricted
Such material would cause "undesirable effects" if publicly available. Some countries do not have such a classification. (The U.S. did, early in the Twentieth Century, but dropped it in favor of Confidential.)

Unclassified
Technically not a classification level, but is used for government documents that do not have a classification listed above. Such documents can be viewed by those without security clearance.

You have to check the classification level of the country, which issued this classified document.

Patent documents regarding inventions pertaining to national security (such as national defense) may also be deemed "top secrets".

If this patent reexamination document was issued by China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), then have a look at http://www.sipo.gov.cn/sipo/zlsc/sczn2006/
