~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (1) New cloud-based recruitment/vendor management tool: Lists ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When you are searching the directory for translation professionals or viewing translator profiles, you will notice the option to add candidates to your lists. This is part of a new vendor management tool, Lists, currently available to ProZ.com Business members.
The tool allows you to search, organize, keep track of recruitment steps, and communicate with candidates or service providers in just one place. Lists is a real-time micro database that can be shared with project managers or other employees in your company. The providers' information is automatically updated every time they make a change in their profile.
To get started with your lists, go to http://www.proz.com/lists/
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (2) Managing your clients in the translation center powered by ProZ.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The translation center powered by ProZ.com, available to ProZ.com Business members, allows you to define the clients on whose behalf work is done on the platform.
Clients can be set to be visible or not to the translators assigned to the jobs, and it is optionally possible to invite client representatives to the platform, with configurable access.
There are several options for configuring the providers to be assigned to the jobs of a given client, as well as the reference material in jobs done for the client, or associated to a given project.

Nominations are now open for the 2017 Community choice awards, designed to help recognize active, influential and outstanding people and resources in translating and interpreting. Who or what gets nominated, and who or what wins, is entirely up to you.
