原文文本 - English英语 Chlamydia is the most prevalent sexually transmitted disease (STD) in the United States today. Approximately four million new cases of this disease occur each year and up to forty percent of women infected with this disease may be unaware of its existence. Many times Chlamydia causes no symptoms and it may linger months or years before being discovered unless you get regular screening tests. If not treated, Chlamydia can lead to problems with pregnancy and infertility. Recommendations for Chlamydia screening testing once a year for all sexually active women under twenty-five, as well as for older women with multiple sex partners. Early detection is the best protection against diseases that affect women.

SHRM Online reported recently that young employees worldwide are more likely than their older colleagues to be weighing a move from their current employers, even though they tend to be more satisfied with their organizations. The article noted that some employers are forming career development strategies to encourage young employees to stay. According to Jana Fallon, vice president of recruiting for Prudential, workers younger than 25 "are very interested in growth and change and opportunities. They are quite interested in how this job will get them to their next job, and they are unapologetic. We are motivated to have them find their next position inside our company instead of at another firm."
