For 10 years, Chi Ying Lee has given life to numerous articles, audio-visual works and advertisements.

Before graduating from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Chi Ying already started working as Freelance translator for Fashion One Ltd. Their mutual appreciation had the collaboration lasted for years. Prospecting his career development, Chi Ying also started learning French in college. 

In 2017, he came to France to master the language. His passion drove him to finish his Bachelor's degree in Cinema and Audiovisual in 2021. He was also a member of the board of directors of La Compagnie des Mille et Une, a non-profit artistic organisation that performs theatrical improvisation and produces amateur short films. Chi Ying actively participates in improvisation training and short film productions. He wrote, directed and edited La Grande Transformation (2021) and Interstice (2022).

Chi Ying is about to finish his Master's degree in Translation at Université Paul-Valéry in Montpellier,  venturing into the translation field in France. When he is not working, he is either producing or editing short films, taking training workshops of improvisation from French actor  Julien Masdoua, or cheering his friends performing in bars or theatres in the central area of Montpellier.
