Read the package insert for IND Diagnostic One-Step MDMA Strip Test carefully before starting the assay. Allow urine samples to warm up to room temperature before testing.
5.1.1 Bring the test pouch to room temperature. To begin testing, open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove the test strip from the pouch and use it as soon as possible.
5.1.2 Immerse the strip into the urine sample with the arrow end pointing towards the urine. Do not immerse past the Mark line. Take the strip out and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface.
5.1.3 Read results as colored bands appear as shown in the diagrams. Although positive results may appear as early as 10 minute depending on the concentration of MDMA in urine sample, wait for 10 minutes to confirm negative results. Results obtained after 15 minutes may be considered invalid.
5.2 Interpretation of Results:
5.2.1 Positive ( ): Only one pink or red colored band appears in the control region(C).
5.2.2 Negative (-): In addition to the control band, a pink to red colored band also appears in the test region (T).
5.2.3 Invalid: When no colored band appears in the control region, the test should be voided since an improper test procedure may have been performed or deterioration of reagents may have occurred.

5.2.3 Недействительный: Если в зоне контроля не появляется ни одной цветной полоски, тест следует считать недействительным по причине того, что процедура тестирования была проведена неправильно, либо могло произойти ухудшение качества реагентов.
