The SCM will issue a “stand-by alert” to all Site Managers. Site Managers will notify their contractors, employees, and staff members, instructing them to begin securing their equipment, facilities, and any work areas that may be affected. The SCM will meet with direct reports and Site Managers and discuss the “Action Plan”. The SCM will relay information to staff when necessary.
