底片材料/库存影片: Though they appear in a glossary as the Chinese for stock footage, a search in Google showed they are related to something other than the context. 底片材料 in real life usually means real manufacturing materials rather than videos, while 库存影片 usually means some old public films.
影视素材短片 is actually the thing, though it does appear very often. A term much more frequently used is 影视素材.
资料片 has various meanings, one of which means stock footage as indicated in this question, but it can also and often mean some old or informal films.
