Kiosk 这个字来自土耳其文的 kiösk (s 底下长脚)，本意是花园中的小屋，即是「亭子」。
德文里借用此字转为 Kiosk，指贩卖书报、烟酒、糖果及饮料等之「贩卖亭」。
