I know the common Chinese translation for this is 邻家女孩/男孩。But it does not match its meaning in English dictionary: someone who is dependable and respectable, but rather dull and boring.
I feel 邻家女孩/男孩does not convey such subtle implications.
There should be a better translation than this one.

: 呵呵，发现还是台湾的传统文化保留的好～本来觉得找不到对应词，这种引申义应该更多地跟文化相关联，但是你这阿珠、小毛还真是翻译的巧妙，比较准确地指代了平淡熟悉的邻居。其实只要用两个比较土气的名字都可以。

我觉得“邻家女孩/男孩”或者“邻家妹妹/弟弟”蛮好的，不必再费心思另求译名。
