雞頭黃精 is listed in Wiseman's dictionary of Chinese Medicine as above; I don't know where the 參 comes from, though it can be loosely used as we know. Lao3hu3jiang, though, is listed as Polygonatum kingianum Call et Het on the website below, so I guess we're looking at various species of polygonata.
