Seems to me you have a 'LEAD PLANT - (the master)' directing a number of production plants engaging in some form of production.
PRODUCTION DAY - is the day the master wishes to discuss production matter with all other production plants (managers?)
and hence a meeting is arranged applicable to all plants, so the name - 'GLOBAL MEETING(S)'; second thought, since there is an 's' after the meeting, I would guess, all should attend, but may not be
in the same meeting, (but all meetings would be conducted on the same date - called PRODUCTION DAY!).
