还有一个类似的as at，是指的于某日，多见于财务报表，如：the balance sheet as at mm/dd/yyyy，即表示于该日出具的资产负债表
财经文件中，as of是针对一段时间，而as at只是针对某一日。
法律文件中，as of一般为自|从……起，多见于文件自某日起生效；

才看到有个annual，那这里不是“截止”的意思，as of 2019直接翻译为2019年度就可以了。

截止目前，中国是全球最大的计算机设备出口国，其中，其2019年度计算机设备出口额为1480亿美元，占全球市场总量逾40%的份额。
我也查了计算机出口数据，一年1480亿美元的出口量是符合逻辑的。
还有一个类似的as at，是指的于某日，多见于财务报表，如：the balance sheet as at mm/dd/yyyy，即表示于该日出具的资产负债表
财经文件中，as of是针对一段时间，而as at只是针对某一日。
法律文件中，as of一般为自|从……起，多见于文件自某日起生效；

我也查了计算机出口数据，一年1480亿美元的出口量是符合逻辑的。
