• Strong ability to organize translation and interpretation for workshops and meetings including the organizational and office work necessary in Russian and English language.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Access, Excel, Power Point).

• Exceptional knowledge of EU policies and institutions particularly those pertaining to the European Structural Funds, as well as EU PHARE procurement procedures related to the Twinning.

Translator
• Translate project documents (training materials, reports, information material) and interpret from English /Chinese language to Russian and vice versa for project team on a daily basis.
• Interpret during courses, trainings, workshops and similar meetings held within the project activities in addition to the professional interpretation.
• Draft and edit written project materials in Russian and English/Chinese.
• Assist in identifying, contracting and monitoring commercial translation and interpretation services.
• Support experts and other foreign specialists in matters related to language problems and other problems due to being and working in a foreign country.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly project reports.
• Provide IT, logistics and administrative support at training sessions, workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Research documents and reports and preparation of synthesis.
• Participate in the preparation of studies and documents in areas covered by project (i.e. research and information collection, analysis of data, monitoring of activities etc.).
• Work closely with engineering and marketing leaders to understand product, sales, and distribution and marketing objectives.
• Assist, as requested in researching new product names.
