1. Your health and beauty routines
Tell us about your regular health and beauty routines: what do you do every day, every week, every month? Please be as specific as possible: talk us through anything you might do during the day, from first thing in the morning to going to bed at night, as well as the things you do less frequently. 2. Buying something new
Think about the last few times you decided to buy a beauty product you had never bought before. What was it, and why did you decide to buy it?

1. Le vostre abitudini relative alla salute e alla bellezza
Raccontateci quali sono le vostre abitudini relative alla salute e alla bellezza: cosa fate ogni giorno, ogni settimana, ogni mese? Cercate di essere il più precisi possibile: diteci quello che fate durante la giornata, dalla prima azione della mattina fino a quando andate a letto la sera e anche tutto ciò che fate meno frequentemente. Cosa pensate di queste abitudini? Come vi fanno sentire?

原文文本 - Italian意大利语 La raddrizzatrice XXXXXX è una macchina che è in grado di raddrizzare lamiere fino a tre millimetri tramite l'azione di rulli in acciaio cromati. È composta da 4 rulli di avanzamento (di cui i due in uscita gommati) e da 6 di raddrizzatura. Per avviare la raddrizzatrice è necessario dare tensione elettrica girando l'interruttore generale posto sul quadro di comando elettrico della taglia/punzonatrice e premere il pulsante luminoso di "inserzione ausiliari" posto sul carrello di comando. La raddrizzatrice ha due modalità di funzionamento: automatico e manuale. In automatico essa viene gestita direttamente dalla taglia/punzonatrice che ne determina gli avvii e gli arresti, in manuale invece è l'utente che ne decide il funzionamento tramite un selettore.
Il movimento manuale della raddrizzatrice serve al momento del carico e dello scarico della lamiera da parte dell' utente. È possibile regolare la velocità del movimento dei rulli tramite il potenziometro posto sul quadro elettrico della raddrizzatrice (vedi fig. 1.1).
Durante le operazioni in manuale il potenziometro deve essere regolato su basse velocità (manopola sulla tacca 3). In automatico e sopratutto se si eseguono lavorazioni di pezzi lunghi (superiori a 700 mm) il potenziometro deve venire posizionato su velocità elevate (non inferiori a sette) per poter alimentare la taglia/punzonatrice in maniera corretta. Nel caso vi sia la necessità di lavorare pezzi corti, è possibile abbassare la velocità di rotazione dei rulli agendo sempre sul potenziometro (è importante non scendere sotto la tacca cinque della manopola del potenziometro per evitare surriscaldamenti del motore).
Il grado di raddrizzatura da imprimere alla lamiera viene determinato dalla posizione che occupano i rulli di raddrizzatura, tale posizione è modificabile agendo sui volantini che, tramite riduttori, consentono di alzare ed abbassare i rulli. La posizione di ogni singolo rullo viene visualizzata da un indicatore digitale come indicato in figura 1.2.
Non esistono regole certe per determinare il grado di raddrizzatura, la bontà del risultato finale dipende dall'esperienza dell’operatore in quanto cambiando il tipo di materiale da raddrizzare nonché lo spessore dello stesso cambierà anche la posizione che dovranno assumere i rulli di raddrizzatura. XXXXX consiglia di verificare più volte il grado di raddrizzatura prima di inserire la lamiera nella taglia punzonatrice ed eventualmente di correggerlo fino a quando il risultato non appaia soddisfacente. È di fondamentale importanza ricordare che la lamiera non deve essere caricata nella taglia/punzonatrice se in uscita dalla raddrizzatrice presenta una curvatura verso l'alto, questo perché altrimenti potrebbe interferire con il corretto movimento delle teste.
Nel caso in cui la lamiera in uscita dalla raddrizzatrice si presenti rivolta verso il basso per raddrizzarla è necessario abbassare maggiormente i rulli di raddrizzatura in maniera proporzionale. La lamiera in uscita dalla raddrizzatrice può presentarsi sia rivolta verso il basso che rivolta verso l'alto.

翻译文本 - English英语 The XXXX is a machine that can straight sheet up to 3 mm thanks to its chromium-plated steel rollers.
It is composed of four feeding rollers (the two outward rollers are rubberized) and six straightening rollers.
To start the straightener it is necessary to supply electric power by switching on the main control located on the cutting/punching machine electric panel and by pressing the “auxiliaries connection” light button located on the control cart. The straightener has two different working modes: automatic and manual.
In automatic mode it is managed directly by the cutting/punching machine which starts and stops the straightener; in manual mode, the user can play an active role by using a selector.
The manual motion of the straightener is essential when it is the user that loads and unloads the sheet. It is possible to set the rollers motion speed through the potentiometer located on the straightener electric panel (see Fig. 1.1).
During manual operations the potentiometer must be set on low speeds (control on position 3). In automatic mode and especially if long pieces are processed (more than 700 mm) the potentiometer must be selected on high speeds (no less than seven) to power the cutting/punching machine correctly. When processing short pieces it is possible to lower the rollers rotation speed by using the potentiometer (do not go below position five of the potentiometer control in order to avoid motor overheating).
The degree of straightening on the sheet is determined by the position that the straightening rollers occupy, such position can be modified by acting on the small hand-wheels that lower and lift the rollers by using reduction gears. The position of every single roller is displayed by a digital indicator as shown in fig 1.2.
There are no absolute rules to determine the degree of straightening; the quality of the final result depends on the operator’s expertise because if the type of material to straighten and its thickness change, the position of the straightening rollers must also change accordingly. XXXXXX recommends to check several times the degree of straightening before inserting the sheet in the cutting punching machine and adjust it in order to obtain a satisfactory result. It is extremely important to keep in mind that the sheet should not be loaded in the cutting punching machine if it has an upwards curvature when it comes out from the straightener because it could interfere with the correct motion of the heads.
If the sheet coming out from the straightener is turned downwards, it is necessary to further lower both straightening rollers in order to straighten it. The sheet coming out from the straightener can present itself as turned downwards or upwards.

voglio prima di tutto ringraziare gli organizzatori di questa Conferenza e portare il saluto da parte del Presidente e del Consiglio di Amministrazione del CESTAS a tutte le autorità e alle associazioni presenti.
Esprimo il mio apprezzamento per il lavoro svolto dalle associazioni che stanno promuovendo il “Mediterranean Women Course on Development” e un sentito augurio alle studentesse che lo stanno frequentando, che possa essere un momento di arricchimento personale e professionale davvero utile per il proseguimento dei loro percorsi individuali.
CESTAS è una Organizzazione Non Governativa nata nel 1979 e riconosciuta dal Ministero Affari Esteri, dall’ Unione Europea, dal sistema di agenzie internazionali delle Nazioni Unite, e da diverse Regioni Italiane con le quali collabora nella promozione di progetti di cooperazione territoriale. CESTAS inoltre è accreditato come ente di Formazione Superiore e Continua e riconosciuto dal Dipartimento Pari Opportunità della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri per l’impegno nella lotta alle discriminazioni.
Con grande interesse e piacere abbiamo promosso, insieme a……, questo corso di formazione per donne che operano nel settore della Cooperazione Internazionale perché crediamo fermamente che lo Sviluppo non dipenda soltanto dalla crescita economica ma anche e soprattutto dalla crescita delle capacità umane, e che in particolare le donne possano e debbano svolgere un ruolo centrale nei processi decisionali riguardanti le politiche di sviluppo.
Nelle nostre intenzioni, quindi, il “Mediterranean Women Course on Development” è solo l’inizio di una collaborazione con i soggetti della società civile dell’area mediterranea impegnati nella promozione del protagonismo femminile nelle politiche di sviluppo regionale.
Lavorare sulla costruzione di nuove competenze e di capacità umane specializzate all’interno dei diversi contesti locali è per noi la strada più efficace per promuovere una vera “solidarietà partecipativa”, che coinvolga nei processi di sviluppo un numero sempre maggiore di attori sociali, partendo dal presupposto che solo una relazione tra eguali può innescare cambiamenti profondi nelle relazioni politiche ed economiche tra il Nord e il Sud del mondo.
La formazione, in questa logica, si configura come uno strumento di cooperazione tecnica di grande impatto poiché contribuisce ad aumentare la diffusione qualitativa e quantitativa degli strumenti utili per programmare, gestire e valutare le politiche di sviluppo nei diversi contesti economici e sociali.
Migliorare la distribuzione delle conoscenze e delle competenze significa, per il CESTAS, contribuire a diffondere in maniera più equa le opportunità di sviluppo su scala globale appoggiando i processi autogeni di “buon governo”, per raggiungere l’obiettivo prioritario di ogni soggetto che opera in questo settore, ovvero la riduzione della povertà.
In questa prospettiva è indispensabile valorizzare il ruolo delle donne ed investire politicamente e strategicamente su di esse, che sempre di più sono protagoniste di processi di crescita ed inclusione sociale endogeni alla diverse comunità, e di fronte alle quali noi ONG ed organizzazioni internazionali abbiamo il dovere di impegnarci per assicurare che la prospettiva di genere sia effettivamente integrata nelle politiche e nei programmi di sviluppo ai vari livelli e nei diversi settori.

CESTAS est une Organisation Non Gouvernementale fondée en 1979 et reconnue par le Ministères des Affaires Étrangères italien, par l’Union Européenne, par l’ensemble des Agences Internationales des Nations Unies, et par différentes Régions italiennes avec lesquelles cette Organisation mène une profonde collaboration dans la promotion de projets de coopération territoriale. CESTAS, en outre, est considéré comme un Organisme de Formation Supérieure et Continue et il est reconnu par le Département d’égalité des chances de la Présidence du Conseil des Ministres dans son engagement dans la lutte contre les discriminations.

La formation, selon cette logique, se dessine comme un outil de coopération technique de grand impact, parce qu’elle contribue à augmenter la diffusion qualitative et quantitative des instruments nécessaires pour planifier, régir et évaluer les politiques de développement dans les différents contextes économiques et sociaux.
Améliorer la distribution des connaissances et des compétences signifie, pour CESTAS, donner sa propre contribution pour répartir, de façon plus équitable, les opportunités de développement à l’échelle globale, en soutenant les processus autogènes de « bonne gouvernance », dans le but d’atteindre l’objectif central de chaque acteur actif dans ce secteur, c'est-à-dire la diminution de la pauvreté.
Dans cette perspective, il est indispensable de valoriser le rôle des femmes et investir politiquement et stratégiquement sur elles, qui sont, de plus en plus, les protagonistes des processus de croissance et d’intégration sociale endogènes aux différentes communautés. L’immaginario di Lowe è profondamente radicato nella cultura psichedelica degli anni ’60, e trova espressione con i media più diversi. Il titolo della mostra 45 on the 33 si riferisce all’ascolto di dischi ad una velocità differente, esemplificando un concetto che è alla base dell’operare dell’artista: l’elasticità della cultura, che genera nuove possibilità attraverso la manipolazione e il fraintendimento.
In occasione di questa mostra Justin Lowe ha ideato un progetto site-specific incentrato sul tema del viaggio inteso come ricerca, che si esplica in diversi modi. Un’installazione immersiva altera l’architettura della galleria, intervenendo sulla percezione spaziale: un corridoio a prospettiva forzata, in cui confluiscono i ricordi di una viaggio in Marocco e la fascinazione infantile per le stanze di Ames, in cui viene creata un’illusione ottica di alterazione della prospettiva. Attraverso questo corridoio si è condotti in una stanza in cui è esposta una scultura, che rivela i resti di uno sciamano attraverso il suo costume cerimoniale. Completa la mostra un video in cui sono assemblati filmati amatoriali degli anni Sessanta e Settanta realizzati dal padre di un amico dell’artista e trovati dopo la sua morte.
La mostra è concepita in maniera unitaria come un’esperienza cinematografica, in cui ci si sposta da un set inaspettato a un altro, in un passaggio onirico.
翻译文本 - English英语 The Cesare Manzo Gallery is glad to present the personal exhibition of Justin Lowe in the 45 on the 33 in Rome. The American artist has participated successfully in the latest exhibition called Fuori Uso Altered states - Are you experienced? which was staged in Pescara and then in Budapest and Bucharest.
Lowe’s imagery is deeply rooted in the psychedelic culture of the 1960’s and it is expressed through very diverse media. The title of this exhibition (45 on the 33) refers to the playing of records at a different speed, exemplifying a concept which is at the very base of the artist’s work: the flexibility of culture that generates new possibilities through manipulation and misunderstanding.
Within this exhibition Justin Lowe has conceived a site-specific project based on the notion of journey intended as a quest, which can be explained in several ways. It is an installation which alters the architectural layout of the gallery by modifying the spatial perception: a forced perspective corridor wherein the memories of a trip to Morocco and the childish fascination for the Ames rooms converge creating the optical illusion of alteration of perspective. Through this corridor one is led to a room where a sculpture is displayed revealing the remains of a shaman through his ceremonial costume. The exhibition also includes a video that is made up of amateur films from the Sixties and Seventies shot by the father of a friend of the artist’s which were found after his death.
The exhibition is conceived in a unifying pattern similar to a cinematic experience in which one moves from one unexpected set to another in a dreamlike state.

I translated more than 4 million words and worked at approximately 100 conferences.
