原文文本 - English英语 For the sale of the merchandise, the Purchaser shall place the orders directly with the Winery, stating all the data of identification, quantities, address for billing and delivery to the purchaser and other detailed conditions of the order.
The Winery shall have a period of no more than seven (7) days to notify the Purchaser of the acceptance of the purchase transactions (orders) communicated. If it has not replied by the end of the said period, it shall be understood that the transaction is approved to all due effects.
All orders must respect the conditions to be set out below. Any modification to the said conditions must have the prior express written authorization of the Winery.
