(1) Purpose of Lease: Residential; If the rental purpose is residential, the number of occupants shall be: One person, not exceeding Two persons maximum.
(2) For residential leases, Party A shall, within 7 days from the date of executing this contract with Party B, register the property rental at the Community Service Station for Beijing Visitors and Rental Housing where the property is located. For multiple occupants, Party B shall inform Party A of the occupant details, and Party A shall maintain an occupant registry and submit it to the Service Station as required. In case of contract modification or termination, Party A shall process the registration change or cancellation at the Community Service Station within 5 days. During the contract period, if there are changes in occupancy, Party B shall inform the Service Station within 2 days and complete the change registration.
For non-local residents, Party A shall provide relevant documentation and assist Party B in obtaining a temporary residence permit from the local police station. For foreign residents, (Party A/√Party B) shall complete accommodation registration at the local police station within 24 hours of contract execution.
For non-residential leases, Party A shall file the rental contract with the local Housing Administration Department within 30 days of contract execution.

a) Only one(1) of 12.5 TPH (Tonne per Hour) gold modular plant will be purchased for this mining investment.
b) The gold modular plant will consists of a crasher, conveyor belt, gold separating unit and a gold modular room.
c) Usage of the gold modular is as follows: (Crasher is to crush the gold ore to size of 200mm so that it can be put on the conveyor belt which will in turn feed into the gold separating unit and finally when the gold nuggets are ready it will be stored inside the gold modular room for re-melting into gold bars or for selling directly to the local gold buying agents.)
d) As our gold mining operations is carried out on the surface and we are using the gold modular plant for processing of gold, we will not be polluting the rivers and environments. Therefore for this project we will not create any environmental pollution.
e) At the end of the 3 years joint-venture, 60% of the factory which includes equipment, factory, offices, laboratory, fence, gates, wells, lighting systems, and low-voltage battery shall belong to
3S Investments and Trading P/L and 40% will go to Hoang Nam Bridge and Road Construction Company Ltd as per Joint-Venture Agreement signed with Hoang Nam Bridge.
