Please Read Before Installing
Important Notes
Codes: Install in accordance with all local and national electrical codes. Note: Enclosure must be protected by an appropriately rated circuit breaker, to be supplied and installed in accordance with local codes by the installer.
Mounting Location: Power supply will hum slightly and internal relays will click while in use.
Environment: Ambient operating temperature: 0 to 40 °C (32 to 104 °F), 0-90% humidity, non-condensing. Indoor use only.
Cleaning: Wipe with a clean damp cloth. DO NOT use any chemical cleaning solutions.
Lamp Seasoning: Be sure to run lamps at high-end for a minimum of 1000 hours before using.
Installation
1. Mount enclosure using one of the following methods:
a. Surface Mount - Use keyholes with bolts sufficient for 14 kg (30 lbs) of load (M6 (1/4 in) bolts recommended).
b. Recess Mount - Use screw locations with screws sufficient for 14 kg (30 lbs) of load.
Warning: Risk of electric shock. Locate and lock supply breaker in the OFF position before connecting power input.
2. Remove mains voltage (high-voltage) cover and run power wiring into the enclosure.
HWI-LV24-120 Wiring: Prepare Wires. When making wire connections, follow the recommended strip lengths and combinations for the supplied wire connectors. Note: Wire connectors provided are suitable for copper wire only. Strip insulations 10 mm (1/2 in) for
6 to 2.5 mm2 (10 to 14 AWG). Use wire connector to join one or two supply wires with one control wire. Connect Hot/Live feed to the black wire, Neutral feed to the white wire, and Earth Ground to the green wire.
HWI-LV24-CE Wiring: Terminal blocks will accept one 1 to 2.5 mm2 (18 to 10 AWG) wire or two 1 to 1.5 mm2 (18 to 16 AWG) wires. Tighten terminal blocks to 0.40 to 0.57 N•m (3.5 to 5 in-lbs). Do not overtighten. Connect Hot/Live feed to the brown terminal, Neutral feed to the blue terminal, and Earth Ground to the green/yellow terminal.
3. Replace mains voltage (high-voltage) cover.
4. If the processor and the accessory boards are not to be installed at this time, install the enclosure cover. Ensure product identification label is at the bottom of the cover. Tighten screws to 2.3 N•m (20 in-lbs). | 翻译文本 - Chinese汉语
