The term cloud computing has not yet been clearly defined but the media already see it as another computing hype. Is it just a new “buzz” or a real trend? According to an IDC survey, 54% of German IT managers are hoping for a reduction in fixed costs through web-based products, services and solutions (cloud services). In reality only a quarter of the companies are actively addressing the issue but already a third of those are actually using cloud services, which includes amongst other things the rapidly expanding field of “software as a service” (SaaS). According to a study by the U.S. research and consulting firm Saugatuck Technology, the global share of companies with at least one hosted Internet-based software solution will rise to 65% by 2010. Alongside SaaS, cloud computing also covers the provision of complete infrastructure systems including servers, storage systems or networks. These are provided easily, with scalability and in real time via the Internet by external providers and billed according to usage.

原文文本 - English英语 Three electrophysiologic audiologic procedures —aural immittance measurement, auditory brainstem response (ABR), and otoacoustic emissions (OAE)— were first described in the 1970's.Immittance measurement and ABR have contributed importantly for years to the assessment of auditory function in children and adults, whereas OAEs have not yet been incorporated into the everyday audiology test battery.In this article, we argue that the transition from OAE measurement by hearing scientists in laboratory settings to routine application by audiologists in the clinic will be greatly facilitated by (1) comprehensive, large-scale studies of the effects of subject characteristics, such as gender and age (from infancy to advancing adulthood), on both transient evoked (TEOAE) and distortion product (DPOAE) otoacoustic emissions; (2) clinical investigations of TEOAE and DPOAE in sizeable patient populations with specific neurotologic diagnoses; (3) guidelines for OAE test protocols in clinical environments; and (4] clear criteria for OAE analysis in clinical populations.

Development: maintaining stability
In recent years, China's petroleum refinery distillation capacity has been remaining sustained increasing with the sustainable development of China's petrochemical industry. Based on the related statistics, it has increased by 72.8% with the annual average rate of increase being 6.3% in the first one decade of the century, which has witnessed the largest and fastest growth in petroleum refinery distillation capacity since the foundation of new China. The primary processing capability of crude oil increased to 163.5 million tons in 2005 from 143 million tons in 2000, even more up to 223.5 million tons in 2009 which accounted for 46.9% of the productive capacity throughout the country, with the average size of petroleum refineries ascending to 5.7 million tons/year from 4.32 million tons/year.

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the anesthetic effect between the nervous stimuliator location technique and the traditional needling-abnormal-sense location technique. Methods 100 patients undergoing the upper extremity operation were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly, with Group A ( traditional group, n=50) performing brachial plexus block using the common 7#syringe needle and Group B (PNS group, n=50) using the nervous stimulator assisted by brachial plexus block. In Group A, the abnormal sense of the upper extremity in the injured side was located by using 7# syringe needle joined into the 20ml syringe, when no blood was drawn out and then the local anesthetic was injected ; in Group B, when the stimulation current was reduced to 0.2～0.3mA but the muscle twitch still remains, the local anesthetic is injected; the local anesthetics for the both groups are the miscible liquids of 1% xylocaine and 0.596% ropivacaine (Shandong LuKang cisen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd), with the dose of 25～30ml. Results There is no significant difference in the taking effect and hold time of the nerve block between the two groups. Compared to Group A, the incidence of incomplete block and the incidence of the adverse reaction for Group B are lower. Conclusion The application of the nervous stimulator in the interscalene brachial plexus block features accurate localization, high success rate and few complications, and it is deserved to extend and use in the grassroots hospital due to low cost and good effect.

翻译文本 - English英语 Based on the features such as low temperature and complex Type-III boundary conditions faced in deepwater oil & gas development, the simulated deepwater oil & gas heat- transferring experiment system was designed and established, with a number of in-house experiments performed. As a result, heat-transferring relational expression under the combined conditions of deep water, low temperature and complex Type-III boundary conditions, and the effect of gas-liquid flow on heat-transferring of each pattern of both gas phase flow and liquid phase flow were found, and the results indicated that under the laminar flow condition, the relational expression obtained in this article is considerably different from that under the simple room temperature boundary condition, which being essential consistent when under the turbulent flow condition. Under the bubble flow , the slug flow, and the annular flow condition, the liquid phase flow is the major factor which influences heat-transferring, whereas both the gas phase flow and liquid phase flow influence little on the heat-transferring under the churn flow condition.
