The liver has normal size and shape, the maximum oblique diameter of right liver lobe is 116mm. There is a 6*5mm stronger echo foci in the right lobe of the liver, with clear boundary, the rear echo has no obvious change. The rest of the liver echoes evenly, with clear blood vessels.There is no dilatation in the trunk portal vein.
The size and the wall of gallbladder are normal. There is no abnormal echoes in the inner gallbladder. The inner diameter of common bile duct is about 5mm and there is no obvious dilatation in the intra-hepatic and extra-hepatic bile ducts.
The pancreas has normal size and shape with even echo. No dilatation in the main pancreatic duct.
The spleen has normal size and shape with even echo.
The bilateral kidneys have normal sizes and shapes with even echoes. There are no separation of the collection system and no obvious or abnormal echoes in the kidneys.
There is no dilatation in the ureters and the filling of bladder is normal, with no obvious abnormality in echo.
The ante-position of uterus has normal size and shape, and the uterus wall is evenly in echo. There is no abnormal echo in the endometrium.
The right uterine adnexa is normal. There is a 37*18mm like anechoic area on the left uterine adnexa, with slightly enhanced rear echo.

On the 8th April 2014 a search warrant was executed at the property. HMRC and Sussex Police Officers entered the property and found a fully operational illicit tobacco factory. The property consisted of 3 floors. Inside the property Officers located numerous large plastic boxes full of loose tobacco which was a t various stages of the manufacturing process, hundreds of counterfeit tobacco pouches, hundreds of “UK Duty” paid stickers, a large quantity of vinegar that is suspected of being used in the processing of the tobacco, a cement mixer used to mix the tobacco, machines to seal the tobacco pouches, and an extensive CCTV system set up within the building believed to be monitoring the workers processing the tobacco. Located in the property were numerous black plastic bags similar to the ones observed during the surveillance operation. Inside the bags were pouches of counterfeit tobacco and it is suspected that these bags were ready for collection for the customers of the factory. In the garden was a garage and upon inspection it was found to contain an estimated ton of raw tobacco. In total throughout the property and the garage it is estimated that the total quantity of tobacco on site was around 3 tonnes, with an estimated duty evaded figure of £541,000.
