I hold an MA degree in Simultaneous Interpreting from Newcastle University and currently work as a freelance conference interpreter in the UK and Europe.

I have more than 8 years of experience in the profession, both in the Chinese and UK markets. I have extensive simultaneous interpreting experience in IT, Business, Finance (banking and securities) and Technology topics, with clients including United Nations, Internatinal Olympic Committee, European Council, European Commission, EU-China Business Association, The International Council of Securities Associations, HSBC, Milbank, Cisco and Rolls Royce. I have also acted as a simultaneous or consecutive interpreter for many high-level Chinese delegation including Beijing Mayor Office, Public Security Department of China, State Grid Corporation of China, China State-owned Assets Management Committee (SASAC), Beijing Financial Bureau and China Telecom.
