工作说明：
Currently, we are looking for native en-US users for a SME review task in production line e-learning content. Please find the requirmenet in below:

1. Excellent written and verbal skills in both en-US (native) and zh-CN.
2. Have experience in curriculum translation or human resource management knowledge or curriculum development experience, maybe a training lecturer at factory if possible. Preferably, the linguist could have some experience on the production line in US factory, then he/she knows clearly how workers communicate with each other and how the workers speak with their leaders.
3. Capacity to validate the translation to ensure the alignment with industry-specific terminology and easy understanding for frontline workers and line leaders in factories.

Nice-to-have:
1. Field experience in the factory/production line as a worker or manager.
2. Experience in localization/ translation of production management especially from zh-CN to en-US
