My email tab, so that I can see any mails that arrive. And this one. I don't usually have more than 3 or 4 open at once, it gets untidy. I'll close the proz tab if I open any others....

It's 9 o'clock in Lisbon and I haven't started working yet. I'll start within one hour after walking my dog (she's still asleep). Usually, the number of work-related browser tabs I have opened at the same time depends a lot on the project I’m working on at the moment, ranging from none to seven. I can't remember ever exceeding seven.

I didn't vote but I'm using the proz.com app. I guess it's technically not a browser.

Actually, I wonder how people who are at work manage without their email, various dictionaries, Wiki etc, plus this ProZ tab open.
But yes, the answers do have an impact on our efficiency or productivity. Not central, maybe, but not irrelevant either.

My browser opens automatically with 5 tabs I use regularly for work. I open other tabs all the time, of course, and close them when I'm finished. Only those 5 always remain open. Two of which are ProZ tabs, one Google, one Google Images and one with a multidictionary/source page. A mess on your browser is just like a mess on your desk or room. Doesn't help as much as it intereferes negatively.

This is considering I use Outlook for my emails, and local MemoQ for translations. When I have to use online platforms/clouds, that would add another tab or two, of course. But no social media tabs ever. I open them, look around, and close them. There is nothing worse to make you stop working for too long.
