SDL Passolo Essential 2011 SP6 license deactivating on machine for different users

We have 13 individual licenses for use. I logged onto 11 of our lab machines (using my network account) to put the single use license on them. They activated just fine. However, when another user logged on to that machine using their own credentials, Passolo said it was unlicensed. It turns out the licenses appear to be valid to my profile only. This is different from Trados Studio, which we have a network license for.

Is there a way around this so the license is applied to the machine instead of the profile? This way, students can use their accounts to log on to a machine and Passolo is already activated.
