Please note that the forums page has been updated. As before, forums are grouped under category headings. What has changed is that the categories have been shuffled and filed under three tabs: Translation, ProZ.com and Non-English.
It may take some getting used to, but the page is faster now, and--we think--more logically organized.
Yesterday have been implemented some further changes, introducing a new page entirely dedicated to all technical forums, and have been created a number of more specific forums.
In particular, we have now a Computing section, including 4 forums:
Windows operating systems
Apple/Mac operating systems (already existing)
Linux operating systems
Hardware
and a Software and Internet section, also with 4 entirely new forums:
Office applications
Software applications
Internet for translators
Safe computing
See: http://www.proz.com/forum and click on the tab Technical Forums for the new forums. Note that we will be moving, in the next few days, the relevant threads from other generic forums.
We hope that this change will help to keep together and find easily the information exchanged between ProZ.com members

Well done Gianfranco!
I know you have been working for a long time on the issue of rational forum layout. I think it is a great improvement, in particular when their number keeps growing.
Regards, Enrique
