Dear Trados experts,

Could you please help me solve this tricky issue. It happened 2 days ago and the issue persists until now.

Everytime I clean up the source file of the Word document using SDL Trados 2007 or 2011, the cleaned up (target) file is always blank/empty without any error notification. Could you please tell me what to do to solve this problem?

I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with MS Word 2007.

Just a wild guess Jan 27, 2013

Are the resulting Word files zero files or no? If their size is not zero, check if the font is not set to white or if the text is not shifted somewhere beyond the window - I had seen similar things a couple of times, however, this had nothing to do with Trados...
