Making greater progress day by day
For the whole sentence, you could just say:
For the past years, XXX has been making greater progress day by day (and month by month).
(You can just omit "and month by month" because the meaning is just the same. If you make progress day by day, of course you do month by month and year by year...)
(Publicity materials written in Chinese are often full of idioms and even phrases coined by the writers themselves. My experience is just to simplify them and give the "real" meanings in target languages.)

If you would only agree that a step forward is a kind of progress...of course it makes sense to say "make some progress today" and "make greater progress tomorrow".
And how well you do translation has little to do where you are.
Likewise, such Chinese language is also seldom heard even in China. (I guess it's Taiwanese Chinese.) And I don't think "measurable progress" is any better than "greater progress"--it's just not so quantitative.

: Agree with the translation and that we only need to render the actual intended meaning. Just for the asker's background info: 步幅 = 步伐的幅度; so, it literally means the extent of the pace of development or whatever is as wide as a day and as long as a month.

1天 13小时
making wider steps and longer walk day after day, month after month
宽與长是指步幅,不是進展。
3天 13小时
Making measurable progress each and every day
I never heard people say "Making greater progress" in the U.S.
You may say "Making great progress day by day". But I think "Making measurable progress each and every day" would be more accurately here.
"each and every day" is the way to emphasize that it is absolutely every day, and often used in marketing language.
