I would like to attend but the day is my family member's birth day. Nov 30, 2012

If you change the day for any reason, please keep me in the loop.
In the year end many are taking leave for holiday, maybe a day in January is better.

I'm sorry to hear that I picked a date you cannot make. I may be organizing another Powwow in January though (3rd week) - I will keep you posted.
